Dunwoody/Sandy Springs with Representatives Mike Wilensky and Josh McLaurin: March 4th, 7-9 pm at the Dunwoody Annex, 4470 N. Shallowford Rd., Dunwoody
From City of Dunwoody email:
In light of new developments today regarding public events and the Coronavirus, we have decided to cancel tonight's Dunwoody State of the City. We regret any inconvenience this decision might cause and hope you will understand. We will work with Mayor Lynn Deutsch to reschedule this event at a later date. In the meantime, we've set up a special website to share updates and prevention information from our county, state and federal partners.
The forum will proceed as scheduled online.
The candidates and moderator will convene in a Zoom meeting and the proceedings live-streamed to the DHA's Facebook page.
Please join us at 2 PM on Sunday, March 26 at www.facebook.com/TheDHA
Mr Andrew Ziffer and Ms Anna Hill have both agreed to participate in the traditional DHA Candidate Forum as they campaign for the District 1 DeKalb County Board of Education seat.
As always questions for the forum come from the public. Exec Board members of the DHA are compiling the submissions for use on Sunday.
Date will be updated when available from city hall.
Per the Facebook event page:
The focus will be on senior housing.
Enjoy muffins while meeting with Dunwoody Mayor Lynn Deutsch for a conversation about senior housing. Your input can help identify what senior housing means to residents and how to define it as part of the city's Comprehensive Plan update.
