Meeting was called to order at 7:32pm by DHA President Bill Grossman. All candidates were present except Mike Davis.
Stacey Harris updated the DHA on the progress of the Austin path re-paving.
Bill Grossman updated the membership drive.
Minutes from October were approved.
David Weissman presented the request for a SLUP from Congregation Ariel.
Dan Drake and Barbara Colman gave a presentation on the e-SPLOST vote.
Bill Grossman gave a report on the candidate forums. The videos of the forums on the DHA website have had more views than people in attendance.
Light up Dunwoody plans continue. Santa will be there with 4 reindeer.
Stephanie Holmes gave a brief update on the effort to have the PCMS track re-done.
Alan Mothner made a motion for a donation of $1,000 to the Dunwoody Nature Center, Geri Penn seconded. Robin Burch made a motion for $2,500, Jean seconded. 10 in favor, 6 opposed, 1 abstain.
Bill Robinson brought up the point that the DHA is not a 501c3, but a 501c4. There is no record of the change from 501c to 501c4.
