Bill Grossman, President, called the meeting to order at 2 p.m. He introduced State Senator Fran Millar who then introduced elected officials in attendance.

After recognizing DHA Board, he presented the Business of the Year award to Brett Cavalli, general manager of Carrabba’s Italian Grill at Perimeter Place. Gordon Jackson, past president, was presented with a plaque for his years of service and Charlene Thurman was presented a plaque for 10 years service as the office administrator for DHA.

Bill reviewed the year noting that the DHA office was moved to 5527 Chamblee Dunwoody Road. He told of the work that DHA had done with zoning, Wendy’s Perimeter Point, expansion of Georgetown Kroger, Glaze Drive lawsuit, and the Vernon North lawsuit. DHA has been involved in city planning measures and noted that DHA officers and Board members are active in city activities.

Warren Hutmacher and Staff gave an update on City of Dunwoody reporting on police, parks, and roads.

Bill Robinson, Chair of Nominating Committee nominated Greg Crnkovich and Larry Adams for Elected Director positions. Stacy Harris was nominated from the floor and an election was held. Larry Adams and Stacy Harris were elected to serve as Elected Directors for the next three years.

Bill thanked everyone for coming and the meeting was adjourned.
