DHA has retained an attorney to represent the interests of the homeowners on the western borders of Dunwoody Village.  The owner of the Shops of Dunwoody complex has threatened to sue the City if they are not permitted to encroach on the residential neighbors.  The terms of zoning are being analyzed by all parties before a decision gets made.

This is a hybrid meeting, meaning it will be held at Dunwoody City Hall and via Zoom. With limited capacity at City Hall due to COVID-19 concerns, you can access and participate in the meeting virtually. Those attending in person will be required to wear a mask.

Here is the Zoom link for the meeting: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/84278401268

The agenda will be posted closer to the meeting date on this website.

This meeting will focus on the proposed Dunwoody Village Code and Master Plan.
